Sylla SOW 🇸🇳

Sylla Sow holds a PhD in International Public Law. He is an Associate Professor and a lecturer at the Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar. Since 2008, Sylla Sow has been an Associate Researcher at Article19 West Africa. He is the Deputy Secretary General of the Panel of judges of the Champion initiative.
